Advance bookings only – all rides must be pre-booked 2 weeks in advance and confirmed via WhatsApp.
Fares – fixed in advance; may vary with extra stops or extensive waiting times.
Waiting time – 10 minutes free waiting at home pickup; 45 minutes free waiting at airport pickup.
Flight tracking – we monitor your flight number and schedule the pickup around 45 minutes after landing, allowing time for baggage claim and customs.
Parking charges – airport parking fees beyond the free waiting time will be added to the fare.
Luggage – please specify the number and size of bags when booking so the correct vehicle can be arranged.
Special requests – such as child seats, extra luggage, or multiple pickups must be specified at the time of booking.
Delays – if you expect to be late, please inform us in advance to avoid additional waiting charges.
Cancellations – free up to 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations may incur a charge.
Payment – payment can be made in advance via a secure payment link or in cash directly to the driver
Receipts - digital receipts are sent via email or WhatsApp upon request.
